In the US we try, and not always successful, using the concept of a Boy led troop, or Youth led troop, where its the Boys teaching under the guidance of an adult. The instructor would be the Troop Guide or SPL, or other youth leader. Admititly, this is not always successful, but it empowers the youth, they are seen as the resource by the younger scouts. The main thing we teach is leadership. This is not a criticism, just an observation of the difference. In the video, its a very young troop, so this is probably the best for that situation. And I cant tell you how many times, I want to jump in and correct something the youth leaders are not doing exactly correct. I try to hold myself back and talk to them later, with suggestions. Anyway, just some thoughts! I did like the way you made the side flaps with the button technique, right out the book!
Good
