Great videos; you should provide some basic information on the difference between the serviced apartments you usually feature and condos. I think a lot of viewers don't know that these are very different in Thailand.
This place looks great ... except the location (at least for me). It is just too far East from Soi Buakhao. Otherwise it just about perfect for my needs. I know this may be asking a lot, but from all the serviced apartments you have highlighted over past year can you think of a few that have amenities like Chezz Metro but are located between Central & South Pattaya Rd and also between 2nd road and 3rd road (or maybe Soi Arunatai) that do not break the bank? I realize finding a place with decent amenities closer to the action will likely cost more than 10k + higher electric rates, but hopefully not too much higher! Thanks and I really appreciate the work you put in to showcase all these different places
Cheers for the support I highly recommend the Home 24 apartment not too far from Central Pattaya road for 8,000 a month. It has a kitchen with cooking stove, balcony, a lot of light in the room and only 6 BHT for electric BARGAIN APARTMENT CENTRAL PATTAYA WITH KITCHEN 8,000BHT MONTHLY Home 24 *Details In Description* th-cam.com/video/TiU45Rm-bwE/w-d-xo.html
@@PremierTraveler the question I am trying to ask is on average how many units would I use in a month. If you live in a condo how much is your electric bill every month. Because last time I had a condo for a month in Pattaya I got stung for electric but that was many many years ago
@@markhughes9092 if you’re paying the government rate and use the air conditioning often throughout the day, then your bill will on average be around 1,500BHT per month
@williamdahl3318 if you buy yourself a strong fan and run that throughout the day instead of using the air conditioning you’ll reduce down your electric bill by 70%. That’s what I’ve started doing
Can’t beat that for $280. I’m glad you concentrate on the more affordable condos.
Thank you 👍
I stayed there about 7 years ago. The pool and gym are never busy.

Here it’s government rate, 4.8 baht to 5.95 baht per unit
