As well as, any goals you have. Just a little info..bc I figure we can learn from each other. You dont want the yrs to go by! I am currently a student in a Psychology Doctorate program and it's always surprising to me how much mental health is effected by things we consider basic (e.g. sleep, eating and exercise) and vice versa. Maybe you could mention this connection in one of your videos to raise awareness? For instance, depression could be fueling overeating so it could be helpful to see a mental health professional in order to be evaluated. If seeing a mental health professional is out of their budget, there are often universities that offer more affordable services from doctorate students under supervision. Anyway, thank you again for your videos!!

Hi Annie, I love the video, thanks for this. I also love green tea however I recently found out that if you take it after meals it can stop iron absorption by 60%. Peppermint tea can also stop iron absorption. If you’re a woman of child bearing age we need our iron! I also recently found out that I’m borderline anaemic so need iron. See Whole Happy Life she did a video on iron if interested Just thought I’d pass on xx
