GUADEC 2024 Making WebKitGTK accessible again

Georges Basile Stavracas Neto presents this GUADEC 2024 Day 3, Track 1 talk.
Since the GTK4 port of WebKit was released, a major missing feature was the accessibility of the web contents. Accessibility technologies like Orca couldn't inspect what was the web content visible on screen. But as of GNOME 46, this is (mostly) fixed!
Let's deep dive into how WebKitGTK implements and exposes the accessible information of its web pages, how that conflicted with GTK4's expectations, and also discuss the current state, and potential future improvements.

Accessibility is hard. Sandboxed accessibility is even harder. But we'll slowly get there, I'm sure.

Looks like something fundamental will change, but will it be the xdg-dbus-proxy, or how we approach this though dbus... I guess we'll see.

I'm very interested in Epiphany. Could something on the level of 'uBlock Origin' be included in it? Also, could Epiphany be ported to Mac and Windows to promote the GNOME project and encourage donations?
