This is actually way better than _any_ of the competitors I've seen on the Food Network here in North America, and your skills are better than the stars of shows such as Cake Boss and others. They attempt to make human figures and characters and it looks very bad and amateur.

I totally agree...for one thing the ability to get the colors just right, the texture of the fondant, the proportions, the touch and feel of shaping is evidence of Zoe's talent and experience. That she can make it seem possible to a beginner like me to even wish to attempt the technique, is also a testiment to her ability to communicate as a teacher as well. Good teachers inspire. That's what I meant.

I'm diabetic so i cant have cakes, plus it would be eaten and such a work of art would kill me to destroy. but make it from Fimo and i'd SO buy it and so would others! maybe you could do a sideline of fimo versions of your cakes? art you can keep forever :) anyways, keep up the amazing art and also doing Gothic or alt videos.
