Turkey's best entry up to that point - and still one of their best ever, in my opinion. Really emotive and catchy, and Arzu once again sang beautifully. This merited a lot more than it got.

I'm surprised this so badly. This certainly is in my top 10 that year, and this is my favourite Turkish entry of the 90s along with 1998.
I was on the UK jury that year and it was one of the three I gave full marks to. :-)
