Chicken Kaleji Tawa Fry | Tawa Fry Kaleji Recipe | Chicken Liver | Cooking on Wood Fire

- Try out this mouthwathering chicken kaleji infused with rich traditional spices, tomatoes and chillies cooked over wood fire.
Ingredients:
1/2 Kg Chicken Liver
1/2 Cup Oil
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Crushed Red Chillies
1 Tsp Dried Coriander (Sookha Dhanya)
1 Rsp Cumin Seeds (Zeera)
1 Tsp Crushed Garlic
1 Tsp Crushed Ginger
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala
2 Large Tomatoes (Chopped)
6-8 Green Chillies (Sliced)
Green Coriander (Hara Dhanya) for Garnishing
Method:
Heat the pan and add oil to it, then add chicken liver to it and fry for few mins. Now add crushed garlic and ginger and mix well, fry for another 3-4 mins until the liver changes its color. Then add tomatoes and chillies, stir fry for few minutes and add all the spices. Mix well and fry for 3-4 mins. The chicken liver is ready, garnish with fresh coriander and sprinkle garam masala.
Serve hot!

We do use onions in almost all dishes but to make it taste a little different we sometimes skip using onions.
