As for the 1999 nightclub shooting trial, I don't think it was a thing where Diddy snitched on Shyne. I think it was more so a situation where Diddy and his legal team was trying to protect him by calling a witness to help clear him (not knowing or wasn't expecting) for that witness to implement Shyne.
