Such a testament to how universal your advice is. Also you are nothing like I was in my 20s, I was a trainwreck and didn't have my life together until I was at least 30. It's very commendable and I find myself in awe of how together you are.
Hey Kate, I'm 58 and love your style. Ive been curating for a couple of years now and decluttered so many items that just dont fit anymore. It's so much easier dressing in the morning. Thank you for being one of my style mentors, as young as you are you have far more class than I ever did at similar age.

If you get a lot of wear out of your white trainers get a black pair too i have a white pair with black stripes and a black pair with white stripes in the Adidas and i use both of them a lot sometimes a stark white trainer is not what the outfit needs but you still want the comfort of a trainer and the casual look of a trainer the blacks one come in so handy then especially in autumn and winter time ❤
