I have been following intermittent fasting and cut off all the carbs and sugar. My fasting glucose levels are around 85 mg/dL, but one day I had a bit of bread for dinner and my fasting levels spiked up to 103 mg/dL. Does that mean I have pre-diabetes? 😔

It means you have insulin resistance. To reduce that resistance take a raw food diet. You can check *diabetes hope channel* for further guidance.
