Years with the real thing and I'm impressed with this . . . Well done
Absolut geniales Video! Besser kann man soetwas nicht drehen; mal wieder klasse von ChrissiRC
Vielen vielen Dank! 🫶
This guy is a smooth pilot. Makes all the difference in the world.
GORGEOUS model and fantastic flying!! Nice job!!
Absolut perfekt vorgeflogen, war live dabei, sehr angenehm zuzusehen. Tolles Modell, hervorragender Pilot, tolle Kameraführung, Danke an Stefan und Chrissi
Ich danke dir!
I drooled on the touch down.😮. Incredible pilot skills and machine
Nice approach and touch down. Impressive model. Well flown!
Die Hughes vom Stefan Witte, perfekt 😎👍. Danke für den Besuch von dir, mit den tollen Aufnahmen. 😊
Danke dir
Wow - da hat's einer aber richtig drauf. Bravo.
beautiful helicopter
Very impressive and super smooth flying!
10:05 ❤ Awesome flight : What is the secret, : Talent, Training and to build the RC Modell from the Skit's.
素晴らしいです!
Always loved the 500 ever since I got to have a ride in one in NZ in the mid 70's
A great model, well displayed and sounds & fly's so realistically
Das ist mal ein Hughes 500 E nach meinem Geschmack.
Geflogen wie das Original, toll .
Very nice bird and some nice flying. I would consider getting a turbine if they weren't so damn loud!
Incredible. Is this a scratch build or a kit or what? How long did it take to build? Excellent craftsmanship and flying!
It’s from Witte-Helicopter! Full Carbon build. Stefan Witte, the owner, is the pilot in this video. You can buy it from him
Impressive model but what is really insane is the "coordination of flight control" . Is the first time that i see a model flying like the real copter (i've been a flight instructor on the MD500E several years ago :-)). Usually copter models uses gyros at the yaw, but what this thing does is to maintain the tail aligned to the direction of flight and R/C pilots need to use the yaw control to turn the model during a banked turn (which is unreal on the real copter). This one makes turn banked and aligned like a plane and like the pilots do in the reality! What is the secret?
3 axis gyro, tail gyro in heading lock.. Evident by the sound of the tailrotor during the turns. Heading lock combined with fuselages loads up the tail rotor at high speed. Electronic stabilisation on all axis is a common thing nowadays. His flying skills however... Off the chart!
What a great unit. Is this a vario model or scratch built? It’s very impressive. In the full size MD530s I’ve flown in we slide to the right at take off so the pilot can look down and to the left..it’s called the 3P check..pieces, parts, puddles. Looked like you even imitated that move..well done!
It’s from Witte helicopter! Full carbon
is it not easy to hide the turbine and mechanic even with such a big scale ?
Does thrust from the turbine exhaust mean you need back cyclic to keep stationary hover ?
There is no turbine thrust! Turbine is only for spinning the Rotorhead
☠BLACK BARON☠ The "Hover" and the "COG" ... landing on the back left skid is standard. The thrust from the turbine exhaust for sure will not push the tail upwards and the nose downwards.
Can a person auto-rotate an rc helicopter? And safely land it with engine off? That would be impressive
Yes of course! I for a good rc pilot, it’s no problem to autorotate. You can see in other videos on my channel 😉
