Nope,English is like the main language of Singapore I have proof:I'm better at english than how good I am at my mother tongue because of the accent I got from singapore
95% not sure though you can go and check criteria why don't you try MIT instead of you are bright kid and want make world a better place just took SAT AND TOFFEL
