Ingredients:
Beef 1 kg
Chopped onion 1 cup
Oil ½ cup
Bay leaf 4 pcs
Cardamom 5-6 pcs
Cinnamon steak 5-6 pcs
Black paper 6-7 pcs
Red chili powder 2 tsp
Cumin powder 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Rice 3 cup(সুগন্ধি চাল )
Mug dal 2 cup
Boiled Water 10 cup
