That's the thing about pausing, if you're fcing you need to unpause and recover from it perfectly. However if you can recover from your pause and get back into rhythm you have more stamina than you would have if you didn't pause. Honestly I don't see why people call pausing cheating it's pretty hard to get used to and anyone can do it.

As an Ouendan nut, I seriously hate Mania's scoring system where everything is capped at 1M even with mods and you can't destroy people the moment you out-combo them.
Combo is such a bad way to measure skill, that's why you really don't see combo based scoring systems in VSRGs. Just think about a sloppy 93% fc vs a 99% 2-miss score, the 99% objectively requires a lot more skill to achieve than the fc.
Not only one but TWO major flexes; 1. Literally plays a rhythm game without the music 2. Pauses in the middle of it and still hits perfects on all the notes right afterwards
Are you talking about scrollspeed? Most top players play within the range of 26-32. Optimal scroll speed depends on a couple things; your skin, and your preference. You should never force yourself to play at a certain scroll speed. Just play whatever feels the most comfortable and youll be fine
