They have whyndham people at sea world that you can 50$ then you go to a 2 hour presentation where they try to sell you vacation club or what ever it’s called then you get 7 night 8 day vacation. Then they also offer you another presentation for 3 night vacation 100$ gift card. If you have trouble saying no it’s a good deal. If you sign up for the vacation points you’re in trouble. The resort you went to seems pretty cool! That elevator is awesome!
We have sat through a number time share sales presentations and get phone calls about them every day. We may do one again some time, but for now, we have to refrain. The last couple of them were very high pressure and got a little confrontational. 🥴
@@AikenAdventures this one was fine but maybe I’m just really good at saying no. I’m not going to let them run the credit check. I tell them there’s no way I would buy. They’ll ask is there anything we could do to make you buy and honestly they could give it to me free and I would say no.
@@AikenAdventures then do the Wyndham one I did at sea world you pay $50 2 hour presentation and you get 7 night 8 day all paid vacation. Also you can get them to give you a free ticket.
We are heading here for a staycation for my sons birthday at the end of September. I have heard the walk from your car garage to the room can be a far walk. Do all the pools close early or are some open into the night?
One source online indicates that the main pool is open until 11pm, which is pretty late for a hotel pool! Yes! The parking garage is a long distance from the lobby, BUT there is a shuttle which takes guests to and from the lobby and the shuttle las luggage racks, so may be worthwhile to just go directly to the parking garage, hop on the shuttle and then get off at the lobby. There is also a bridge from the parking lot into the convention center space. It’s still a long walk, BUT it’s air conditioned.

I don’t have a problem saying, “No.” honestly, Wyndham hasn’t really been a problem but a couple of others we sat through were really aggressive.
