Stumbled upon your channel some days ago in search of someone who could fill the void Grainydays has left since December - well, here to stay!
Thanks! Yeah, shooting b-roll is time consuming and can be really distracting. I'd much rather dedicate that time to working on composition or just fully soaking in the view. So that's why I don't have fancy effects or cool video edits, just plain simple iPhone shots. Yeah, I noticed that too! He's gone for some time:( But with his enormous pace (2 vids per month) he deserves to have a proper vacation for sure. Hope he didn't get burnout, since I've been there with my main job and it sucks:(((
Wouldn’t have guessed its just Iphone footage! No reason to complain there, it works! Absolutely! I guess especially in creative endeavors you burn out quicker than usual if you don’t fully recharge from time to time. Hope you are doing fine!
@Felix-x9p9m Thanks! I only use the Z6 for the talking head parts, almost everything shot outside is on the iPhone 15 Pro Max. For future local videos I’m thinking about using the Z6 more, since I plan to take photos in low light where the iPhone definitely wouldn’t cut it. Yeah, let’s hope for the best🤞🏻
Technically speaking it’s not, because the markings on the film is customised for Fuji. So it’s not just repackaged. But emulsion wise, comparing their specs, they are almost identical.

FYI Fuji 200 is repackaged Gold 200, and Fuji 400 is Ultramax 400. Fujifilm doesn't produce color negative film any longer.
