Just finished showing my students this wonderful film in film class. Fifty years have passed, but nothing in the genre even comes close to this film. I've watched it more than any other horror movie, and perhaps more than any other film. It never gets old.
That just shows you how stupid a lot of those studio execs are, doesn't it? Not one original idea in those knuckleheads. It's all about projected profits and looking for a surefire hit.
I was in a similar situation, a group of "performance artists" in Los Angeles. All of them highly delusional about their actual talent, but behaving like legitimate fine artists -- a very creepy situation. But I escaped and will never go back.

I agree with Kamil's comment. Actually, there are people among us who are scarier than any character in this movie. I came across some of them in Los Angeles, a place that attracts lost souls who embrace the dark side. It all comes back to me when I listen to number 5, "Nightmare."

Word. This and Chinatown.
mega
50 years have passed since this film was made. It remains the best horror film I have ever seen, and I’ve seen a good many.
Well said. This would be my second favorite film, next to The Exorcist.
I love the sound of the baby devil's wings in the crib. Very cute.
I love this movie❤️
My favourite movie❤ Thank you for the full soundtrack🙏
I love the sound of the baby devil's wings in the crib. Very cute. I would like to recommend the film Apartment 7, a prequel.
Such a great ost. Mostly gentle, yet very isolated, with rigorous moments. Like Rosemary herself.
Fascinante!Polanski gênio!
Polański, Komeda. Wybitne postaci polskiej sztuki. Szacunek Panowie.
One of all time top 10 movies I have seen in my life.. Bought the LP soundtrack in 68 right after seeing the movie. - Tom B. Delaware/via Brooklyn NY
Me fascina está música y la película lo mejor...♥️🇬🇹
Gracias por este ost. El Bebé de Rosemary es una obra maestra. Hicieron el remake para televisión en el 2014 y nada que ver con la original.

Great music for a great film.

Bellísima canzone!
AHHH!This reminds just how chilling the film was!One of the most, maybe actually THE most, disturbing movie I have ever seen!
It really was, and I saw the movie when I was 19 or so. Say what you will about Polanski, but he is an incredible filmmaker.
Me encanta esta canción
Thank you!
Meu filme predileto, amo cada momento desta película.
o meu tb e nem O Exorcista supera

Brigado eu pelo retorno, Lia! :)
A classic!
My favorite Ruth Gordon line from this film is : "JUST WATCH THE CARPET!!!!!!!"
Yesss , when the old women said carpet
Her voice came out so deep and creepy
One of the most genuinely horrifying movies ever, psychologically speaking. To think that the people closest to you are in on a terrible cult.
THE BUILDING THEY LIVED IN WAS CREAPY AS WELL

Pro trick: watch series on flixzone. I've been using them for watching all kinds of movies recently.
@Jaxon Atlas yea, been using flixzone} for since december myself :D
i just smoke medical cannabis and listening under the effect of the cannabis i say that i cannot explain how genius the lullaby is

Once I was hooked to this film in 2.000, I was spellbound by Mia Farrow's haircut.
Perfect !

is this movie scary?
a little bit, but it's a very, very good movie.

+Noe Berengena I seriously hope I never run into anyone like that. I can't really think of a thing more horrifying.
I'm still doing my best to forget those lost souls who drive on both sides of the right/wrong line.
I love chalky mouse
Vaia con Satan:)))
