Loved how passionately you cooked egg curry. 3 things for better taste. When you fry onions, add little dhania; coriader, the fragrance enhances the taste; learnt this from my mom's cook; you can try this for any gravy for that matter. When adding dahi, whip it with some water, will help the curry to be smooth. If possible after grinding your gurry, pass it through a seive for a velvet effect and lastly when you add the dhania, add a pinch of crushed kasuri methi and some garam masla, sprinkle the dhania and keep it in a casserole. The fragrance of the hot curry will be divine when you begin to eat... From a mother of an 8 year old who lives to eat... much like her Dad :) Stay fit!
