Only differece here, is the ability to work for spouse, and linked to the main card holder, hence the name. Nothing wrong in saying that it is TRC with ability to work, but may be bit confusing. Then which date of issue will be in decision and which in plastic? Because in Germany it can be February, meaning I did high qualified work starting that month. In Germany the date of issue can be in hindsight. Please tell for this example which issue date will be in Poland? Big thanks!

There are many companies offering such solutions. We didn't contact any such agency so can't recommend anyone we know.
But another TH-camr Geet Vlogs made a video on this recently. You can see if that works for you.

Good question. Date of issue will be December and date of expiry will be 3 years from decision date so 3 years from September.
