About this video:
In this video we are showing how scaffolding bottom cup is made, It requires 3 processes to make bottom cup which are as follow:
1st Process Blanking for which Raw material required is of width 112MM and Blank came out from die is of Diameter 106MM.
2nd Process is giving shape to the blank normally called as bowl making.
3rd Process is Punching in which central part is removed from the bottom cup.
After these 3 processes bottom cup facing process is being done to make it straight and accurate and then bottom cup is ready to use.
