Matt, I am confused, how is the EMF waves an issue if infrared in itself is healthy in the EMF spectrum?

Starting a renovation on my house and have an area for a custom build sauna. Are there any manufacturers that sell quality carbon heaters and controllers with the safe EMF as you just talked about? Any info will be greatly appreciated.

a query! The lower the electric fields, the lower the body voltage, right?

Matt, what's your take between Carbon Fiber and Carbon Crystal?

High Matt , I’m John form just south of u , Indialantic fl . I see that u recommend the clearlight IS-2 with Wave™ heaters are the only combination Carbon and Ceramic far infrared heater. These heaters are the best of both worlds. Is this a gimmick or are they actually a good heater , the warranty is for life time ? Would like to purchase a two person sauna and did go to a local spa per your recommendation that had a sunlight or sunlighten not sure but the owner wasn’t pleased with their customer service .

Why not buy a traditional sauna to avoid the infrared EMF issues?

Is there any heaters you can buy stand-alone?

Yeah any portable "quartz infrared" heater will work great. Can buy anywhere portable heaters are sold. Put it in a closet on a stand and sit in front of it on a stool so you can rotate your body as needed. Cheers!

Don't you need to sweat to actually get the full benefit? You wouldn't be sweating as much like that.
