This ending was such a breezy sensation!!! I felt like I was FLOWING with the music and Mitsuki, Sarada and Boruto swaying on the skates!!! It was really catchy!!
Honestly ending are meant to be relaxing not to be making sense or have any connection with the main story. Every big anime have this kind of ending from Naruto to MHA.
I get the joke but Tenten has a surprisingly large amount of screen-time in this series. She has more than some of the new generation cast which tend to have like 3 hours or so each in terms of how much screen-time they have.

This ending legit has Spiderman : Into the spiderverse vibes to it, and reasons are : 1. The animation is 3D but yet made to look 2D 2. The art style has HalfTone, Hatching, and other line work illustration to it 3. The color-lighting palette has those Neon-night kind of look 4. The city- ...I mean village, is also designed to be so modern 5. Team 7 here has very cool modern youth-like kind of personality, like Miles Morales Its basically a masterpiece for an ending itself👍
