I have said it before and I will say it again that until we include in the right to bear arms using the 9th and the 10th Amendments Facial or as applied challenges against these States to bolster the 2nd Amendment Rights we will continue to weeken it with new sliding scales placed by unconstitutional rulings by a judiciary who continue to make decisions that far exceed their limited powers. These are all violations to the Shall not be infringed portion of the 2nd. PLEASE INCORPORATE BOTH THE 9TH & 10TH AMENDMENTS IN DEFENSE OF THE 2ND...

The only conceal weapon permit that was any good was GA. Because they fill out the paperwork. But never turn it in. It was a one time background check to buy as much as you want. Without a bunch of wait times.
But I agree that all these anticonceal carry bs needs to go.

@@ArmedScholar Has anyone thought to add 9th and 10th amendment as applied or facial challenges to bolster the 2nd Amendment Right. It seems to me many of these cases are missing these arguments and we don't get a better robust argument defense against the unconstitutional infringement of each of these Amendments. The problem is that all most all fail to think outside the 2nd Amendment implications of these rulings. We are losing more than simply 2nd Amendment Rights on these issues we are losing our Unenumerated rights with every limitation the judiciary adds with rulings that never even considered the implications of the effects these have on The People's 9th and 10th Amendment Rights. To understand how our 10th Amendment Rights are implicated one must understand what the word OR means in the 10th Amendment...

One could argue, and win actually, that they could ban concealed carry so long as they do not ban open carry....
Since there is no ban on open carry, then there is no infringement to the second amendment... Aymette V State...
Banning magazines, for another example, is not an infringement on the second amendment either... Neither is banning suppressors, or bump stocks..... for that matter....
If there was no limit to the second amendment, the phrase "Shall not be infringed" would have never made it into the constitution... in fact, the Second amendment is the only one that says that....
To prove a law is unconstitutional, you must first prove that it is actually infringing on a the constitution... and banning concealed carry, so long as it does not ban open carry, does not violate the second amendment at all...
There your "ALL restrictive Laws are infringements" has been proven false...

      The
SC has been known to change their decision over the years. Just as they did on that abortion case. In my opinion any decision by the SC should be at least a 8 to one vote instead of a simple majority. I would say all 9 but in any group of people there is often one hold out.

    • @savvycivvy5644

The most ironic part is how SCOTUS “interprets” the Constitution. They are suppose to interpret whether laws violate the Constitution, not the Constitution itself. Imagine the Founders allowing the very government they created the Bill of Rights for to “interpret” it…it literally makes zero sense. The same with the whole “well regulated” argument or somehow people try to argue all the rights enshrined in the Bill of Rights are individual rights, except for the 2A…

No failure by the court; there was never a question prior to about 1925; then it was private ownership of full-auto weapons only, due to the gangs having more and better weapons than the police.
The current idiocy did not start up until the 1960's when bleeding hearts started wailing about life in prison over a moment's bad judgement being cruel. Perhaps, just perhaps, life in prison should mean you leave feet first and the death penalty should mean in the next 18 months, not 35 years from now. Seems as though "redefining" the Constitution and bill of rights has badly muddied the waters.
Here is a bit of clarity-YOUR RIGHTS END; WHERE MINE BEGIN!

When it comes to bars, where people often become inebriated I can somewhat see the point. Alcohol and other forms of intoxication can alter an individuals thought processes. BUT there are no exceptions in the constitution and constitutional amendments.

    • @mp29643
      @mp29643 หลายเดือนก่อน

I live in Colorado where there is no restrictions for concealed carry in bars. But it IS illegal to carry while intoxicated, which could mean having even one drink. So, again, it requires a law-abiding, conscientious citizen.
