But Indian bodybuilders ka frame utna bada nahi hai due to Indian genetics or agar frame bada ho bhi jata hai to physic utni pleasent nahi lagti as International standards, Open bodybuilding to muskil hai but 212, classic, or men's physique mai India ka scope bahut acha hai. You are use to seeing the olympia pose downs but in reality it's very difficult to pose bcoz of all the low fat nd dehydration
