A spaceship from Potato World crashes onto an alien planet. The sole survivor: Brotato, the only potato capable of handling 6 weapons at the same time. Waiting to be rescued by his mates, Brotato must survive in this hostile environment.

Online Shopper + Wholesaler is busted. You can buy 12 unique items since they drop as crates. I had 12 extra stomachs, 12 community supports, ... etc. Also there seems to be a bug with the first wave you acquire 12 extra stomachs, it gave me around 1800 hp, but rounds after worked as expected.
What's even more busted is that if you have enough money, you can also get *more than 12* of certain legendary items. For example, 108 Giant belts. So every crit deals 1080% of the current HP to mobs, and 108% of the current HP to bosses. You can relatively easily set this by getting 12+ free rolls with bunnies and having a lot of money through 12 piggy banks or 12 crowns. Of course getting 108 giant belts is only relevant in endless mode, but it's still a lot of fun

@@cyanideytcuriousseadoggoOh yeah, but what I meant is that you likely won't achieve this before wave 20. But the insta kill on crit with 100% crit chance really is busted :)

I love the brotato videos, it's a lovely comforting routine for me to watch. I know you seem worried you're doing it to death, and if you're not having fun with it any more definitely retire it! But as long as you're having fun, I'm having fun and I imagine I'm not alone in that.

That was SO FUN! Loved that. I was smiling the whole time. The fact that this is based on chance to find all the characters makes it more fun than regular GMO
Watching these come together is super interesting, I wouldn't mind seeing recruiter periodically if you've got other mods you want to cover.
I like recruiter more than just doing GMO mod. I think because it doesn’t feel like you just choose to win at the start. You have the potential to pick a busted combo but it isn’t guaranteed. The chance makes it seem more fair.
would be interesting that character with starting first turn with hiring a character boosting alot of the XP.
And being focused over the highest xp gain to see how many it could possible to recrute.
getting apprentice with this character, it is THE SAUCE
Renegade is easily one of my favourite characters, mostly because fairy exists and it gives you a really strong regen angle with him later on.
Also, the lip heads do need an internal cooldown. Literally any build that plays miniguns / smgs will make it look near enough like that later on.
This character is so insane
one armed is super OP, yes you cannot buy more weapons, but the ones you have you can still upgrade them

With the idea of reducing stat modifications below -100% inverting them, I started wondering how well a character that reduced all primary stat modifications by 200%, thereby making all their stats go in reverse
Getting king after this would have been nuts
Try Wholesaler + deadbeat and see how busted this combination is... there is nothing that can break the game as those 2 characters combined.
I'd like to see you try this character with a Luck angle. Since you get so many levels (thanks to spending and restarting from 1) you'd get to double and triple dip on the luck on level up
could do a whole series on this Character. I'd watch it
The character is wild. With the combo of Online Shopaholic and Wholesaler you can circumvent the Unique item restrictions... Hitting enemies with 12 Giants Belts that cant move because of 12 Monks relics.. not quite balanced ;)
Recruiter + Goldfinger could be fun.
10:22 Yes, less than -100% inverts the penalty. It's why GMO double renegade has insane damage.
The lawnmower run: in hd!
I saw that the turret got the renegade bonus projectiles, so an engineer/structure + renegade run sounds fun, since engi doesn't care about %Dmg
I would like a Doom-themed character. Loud but starts with Rip and Tear. Some other mods, not sure what.
So One-Armed and Multitasker together can have up to 7 weapons
the single target damage was really lacking. luckily the bosses bugged out and didn't spawn, else you might have had some problems :)
Technically if you get enough level grind build you *could get that shop slot back by buying every character in the game haha. Might be easiest with early demon and one of the hp per level classes… maybe
Lucky one armed loud could be interesting with gold finger if thats this mod

Is there a world where you do a GMO run with the collector and the believer? I know it's extra cheaty to gmo to the recruiter but I don't think the believer properly functions if it's not a starting character.

Rip and tear is really not that strong.
But it’s fun. It makes me feel powerful even if it’s a net loss
Just curious, but I don’t think I've ever seen a run where you've picked up Alien Tongue, even when you're trying to collect as many drops as possible or here where you're trying to get as many unique commons as possible.
What's the issue with Alien Tongue?
Pickup range is largely a trap due to the money reserve mechanic. It isn't actively bad, but it just a luxury really. The better you are at the game, the less it matters.

Is anyone else having crash bugs with this mod? It looks cool, but it keeps crashing back to desktop. I don't have any other mods installed and I'm using the Steam version on Win 11 desktop.

I saw a new game that came out today called AK-xolotl. Will you do that?
Nah, I played the demo a while back and I found it to be not very good unfortunately. Everything felt spongey, weapons felt both uninteresting and week, movement felt rigid and bad. From what I've heard this stuff still seems true.
How about more mods with more recruiter?

The same as endless with any other character, completely disinterested. This one would be more fun, but the most fun trip to the dentist is still a trip to the dentist.
Multitasker + master… dear lord… take 12 items with 2 synergies each… hahaha might need wholesaler to really work, but still
Or even better… Kid… or, kid And multi (then you start with 12 and go up to 29 weapons) hahaha. That would be insane, you could have a legendary of almost every single weapon haha. Oo… would be great with the guy that gets bonus per T4 item… and the per unique weapon one

at best you'd be _offered_ two characters in the shop, at worst it literally just doesn't work
