Very good speech and ideas to control negative emotions and aggression. Thank you professor Sahab. Jazaak Allah u Khair. I myself am a strong believer that right choice of words, tone and level of voice is crucial to get our message accurately to others. I have a question though that may benefit from your answer.
If someone more powerful than the other in any aspect, gets disrespectful behaviour from someone who is socially in a lower position and if reacts with respect, it is mostly taken as his greatness or kindness . However if the wronged person is socially lower than the aggressive person, a respectful reaction might be considered “khusamad”. Do you think that each case will have the same affect and deliver the same message to both the parties? In reality isn’t it perceived differently by the people, if there is a difference in social levels?

This is victim blaming. We cannot justify foul language or wrongful acts. In such cases, the abuser should learn how to be emotionally strong and prevent his/her deviant behaviour rather than the victim. The victim has the right to defend himself.
BTW I am inspired by your videos 😊 the differences in viewpoints are normal.
