Grog Ink Heads #18 - Risote

Most of this Parisian’s actions hit smooth and clean surfaces, ready to welcome his tag like a composition spread right in the center of the scene in a painting, maybe an unconscious choice but with the power of switching the hand style from lettering to an art piece.
Today’s Ink Heads focuses on @risotope_ (instagram account), a traveler and out of the box thinker, around from the late 90s and known to be a great experimenter with the ability of mixing rounded an edgy lines which, once ended in a direction, immediately restart from the opposite one reflecting the composition, as to create a harsh mandala on urban canvases.
By treasuring some of the most powerful Gestalt’s rules, between figure-ground and symmetric balance, a clean and well steady sign comes out, to be perceived almost like an upside down contemporary logo design, able to fuck up our senses.
