Its called state of nothingness, you can use the rage metter to fuel it and it allows you to stop time if you are one roind away from losing the match

Question: why did you lower you Pow gauge against Gaoh?

Reducing the Pow gauge (meditating) increases the time you can spend in concentration mode (time slow)
as can be seen at 17:35
Time slow is pretty awesome. It can be activated only if you have lost a round, though.
