Thousands of 2025 Civics are in a STOP SALE status from Honda because of the high-pressure fuel pump recall. I recently tried to buy a Civic Sport sedan and the dealer couldn't sell it to me because of the recall. Contacted two other local dealers who had the exact car I wanted and neither could sell me the vehicle. Very disappointing and frustrating.
I just got the civic lx and this is the first I’m hearing of this. The dealership did say they had no new civic lx’s at that location because of the high demand and low quantity (since it’s the cheaper option) but they got me one from another location. I just looked up my vin and it’s not showing any recalls, I hope it stays that way
@@NotI-w5q yes it's VIN specific. I wanted the Sport trim in a certain color (Rallye Red) and three dealers near me had the car on the lot and all three of them were on the STOP SALE list. You were fortunate with the LX trim, Good luck with your new car.
