    Boiling:
    - 500g beef boti boneless (small pieces)
    - 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
    - 1 tsp coriander powder
    - 1 tsp red chili powder
    - 1 tsp garam masala powder
    - Salt, to taste
    - 2 tbsp soya sauce
    - 2 tbsp chilli sauce
    - 1 glass water (enough to cover the meat)
    Frying:
    - Cooking oil, as required
    - 2 tbsp corn flour
    - 2 tbsp lemon juice
    - Chilli flakes, to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Boil:
    - In a large pot, combine beef boti, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, salt, soya sauce, and chilli sauce.
    - Add 1 glass of water to cover the meat and bring to a boil.
    - Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes or until the meat is tender.
    2. Fry:
    - Heat oil or ghee in a pan over medium heat.
    - Remove the boiled beef boti from the pot and add to the pan.
    - Add corn flour, lemon juice, and chilli flakes. Mix well.
    - Fry until the beef is browned and crispy, about 2_3 minutes.
    3. Serve:
    serve hot with naan or rice.
