Finally I found I think the best detailed video. My only issue is that when I twisted recently before seeing this I had some poof or a puff of hair at the root of my twist. It was as if I didn’t twist tight enough or I didn’t grab all my hair I was confused on what I did wrong it made my twist look like I had it for 2 week already.

I don't really know I just completed growing out my sides from a high top to a low taper, and my hair in the sides stayed in braids most of the time so I can’t really give you a time frame
If your hair doesn't unravel while you're twisting it I would put clips on the ends to hold them while I finish all my twists, then add the rubber bands at the end when I'm done.

Try putting rubber bands on the ends of your twist and that’ll stop them from unraveling
