Does anyone make spring tensioned skirting? I'm always seeing bolted on skirting with vertical adjustment slots. Wouldnt making the skirting auto adjust down with spring tension be way easier and consistent?

We're not familiar with any type of spring skirting. A concern to consider is the force of the skirting against the belt. You typically do not want any downward pressure with skirting, which may happen with spring-type skirting. The skirting should just make contact with the belt.
