The flags were taught to me by Natasha Vollendorf who was taught by Mary Bodain who was taught by Shachah Ministries - Shachah.org. Here is the very first flag step I was ever taught that we use in a lot of our dances. It is more of an intermediate step but since we use it so often and since it is one of the steps mentioned in my last flag dance tutorial it only made sense to start with this one.
