    My brother had this drastic change on his body and me I was just doing cardio..he said if you have to do one movement is dead lift...I don't know how much I gain in term or thickness but I réalisé that my waist is more define and I having that hole in my lower back and I love it

    The training without the belt didn't make sense to me. Even if you are deadlifting without a belt you need to brace by pushing out regardless if you have a belt to press against. If anything when I go beltless I have to push extra hard since I don't have anything to limit how much I push out. No one sucks in their core while they deadlift.

    Silliness. Heavy deadlifts and back workouts that focus on the lat and oblique muscles WILL give women a more boxy physique especially depending how the woman stores her body fat.
    Depending on the clients goals, certain workouts should be avoided. You can strengthen your core with body weight exercises and avoid weighted workouts that will give a boxy shape.

      Deadlifts are poor lat builders especially compared to rows or vertical pulls, and EMG studies have shown even heavy deadlifts don't illicit much activity from the obliques. The obliques get active from unequal distribution like one arm farmers carries, the traditional deadlift is balanced.

    I gained 3-4 cm core thickness since deadlifting with same percent bodyfat im the thickest compare to my friend i dont know thick core help me lift more than someone with tiny core or not i start deadlift after my friend who got tiny core like 2 year because i dont want my waist to be thicker now im work on it now my pr is more than all my friends (im the shortest with the thickest core😂) im just not born to be mr olympia dont let your genetics hold you to not being stronger

    when we touch our waist on the sides ,there is bone.

    I'm getting annoyed. 😷
