Need and importantancebof Non formal Education H.S 2nd year AHSEC
Non-formal education is an alternative system of education. Most of
the limitations of existing formal system of education are controlled in this
system of education is help to create a learning society to provide life-long
education to all. Non -Formal education has therefore to be provided in our
country on account of the following needs :-
Need and importance of Non-formal Education:
1) This education can remove illiteracy and ignorance of the people more
effectively.
2) It helps in universalisation of education.
3) It is very helpful for educational dropouts.
4) It can give a wider view that education is a life long process and one
continues to be a learner.
5) It makes education free from rigidity of time and space.
6) This education reduces the pressure of formal education.
