I have been trying to watch what I eat to lose weight continuously for about 2 years since Pandemic. During the Pandemic I had gained a lot because of lack of exercise and more snacking. Consistently, I lose weight but it's still far from where I need to get. And I constantly need to remind myself of it whenever I have a chance to eat sweet dessert or late night snack.

Great example. However, the use of 'consistently' in the last sentence is a bit awkward(not wrong but) because 'maintain' already implies consistency. Let's just leave that one out because there's no need to force the use of a word or expression at the expense of the natural flow of context. If I were saying something similar, I would phrase the last sentence like the following : "However, most places are well air-conditioned nowadays, so I think I can make it through this hot and humid rainy season."

I'm covering 9th unit with pace of 1 unit a week and the places where I'm practicing the book are constantly changing like my office, home, subway so on and so forth.
