In my passport Also what exactly is the page of observation? Is it the 3rd last page of passport where miscellaneous service and observation is written? In my case that page is empty and no observation is made. Is its photocopy still required? I hope the visa pages of passport and the stamps dont come under page of observation by passport authority as they are by embassy and airport folks?

That's not needed brother, if name is same in aadhar then u need not worry under any normal circumstances
