You are convincing me to use Notion now! I have started playing around with AI for writing. Question, did you create the prompts yourself in your AI Prompts folder or purchase them?
Glad you're finding Notion. I would be lost without it. My prompts have come from various sources. Some are from Mira Gold (both personally and in her books) and Future Fiction Academy. Others are my take or variations on their prompts. And even more are my own work. Prompts are a great place to start, but nothing beats just starting a conversation with the LLM and finding out what it "thinks" it needs.
I bought the Mira Gold books you recommended but I must confess I don't understand how to use them. Can you recommend a resource that explains their use?
Absolutely! There's no better resource than Mira Gold herself. Her channel is: www.youtube.com/@AIWritersConnection If you're wondering how to use her prompts best in Novelcrafter, I'll probably need to record something for you. She is more fluent in Sudowrite, ChatGPT, and Claude's chat interface.
As someone who has used an AI-assisted writing tool that integrates with Notion, let me tell you that it was a pain. I was forever copying and pasting, creating new documents, and not capturing everything I tried to select. I can see some places in my Novelcrafter workflow where I could use Notion. I'll be sure to share any new findings as they come up!
My Notion is currently a mess! Going to try your template and see if I can wrangle things into some sort of organization. Thanks!
Been there done that. Let me know how it goes!
Notion for the win!! One of my most used tools ever, for everything in my life!!!
This is so perfect and just clicks so well with my brain. Thanks so much!

Would be awesome if Novelcrafter could integrate with Notion

Why do you need both notion and second brain? Aren’t they duplicative? I figured it out.
The Second Brain is a template within Notion. You would need Notion to use it.
