When making gingerbread houses. Bake the walls but not the base just yet. Once walks are hard take them and press down into base before you bake the base. So when you finally put it together after base has cooed you will have the indent of the house already in the base and will help walls to stay together better.
I love seeing how your older kids work with and help the younger ones! I think it is a reflection on what wonderful parents you and Paul are. Your children are all so great…obedient but individually unique!

I love the idea of family traditions and what a sweet one at that , all siblings coming together to make a yummy gingerbread houses and having fun working as teams. D'Artagnan and Omega is where I’m casting my vote for best gingerbread house! Best part of the video, that literally made me spit my coffee out of my mouth, was when Cleopatra said “tell me you have siblings, without telling me you have siblings.” At that moment you turned the camera to Romeo, who was holding and rubbing his hand up and down a butcher knife!! 😂 That’s said it all!! 😂
You should do the gingerbread house again but make them into different things. Like a church, police station, fire house, school and see who can make their one to look most like them. But put those things on a piece of paper and have them draw the paper one team at a time to see who makes what. Then let them pick at least three different candies to make their gingerbread place. And they can only use the candy their team picked. Like for police they can make little cars to go with it. Fire the truck. Things like that . Then you all pick your favorite but don’t tell anyone until few days later and see if viewers picked same one as you all.
Yes you do have a beautiful, loving family. You're blessed. I truly love the bonds between all your children. It's incredible and so lovely to see and watch too.
I loved the long video! The making ur own dough was such a good idea, I loved all of the ideas especially the flower cat house, so creative, the octopus would definitely be one of my favorites, good Job to everyone who made the houses!! 😊

I especially enjoy the edible art projects. I am waste nothing if at all person. My husband and I really try never to waste any food or anything else. Food is not 9nly expensive, there are so many people who don't even get 1 meal a day. Saddened my heart.

Try using melted white chocolate it dries quick and holds together well
