if you lagg and fps drop in fiveM its the surver you play on thats shit most of the time it is i have a high end pc still fps drops crash fivem and all that crap. 12600k 64gb ram rtx 3080 12gb still crash etc. so its not your pc most of the time its the shit servers.

Im running gta v on Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1035G1 CPU with intel uhd, i can only play 10- 15 minutes then my fps starts jumping around and my game starts stuttering, ive tried almost everything, can you please help or any suggestions?

Got the same issue, It depends on your graphics card but it mainly a source of bad use of your PC. It is a heating issue from your card coming close to over heating many times, and is now over clocked.

Bro sorry to say but for 6th gen and newer. Intel hd control panel has been discontinued and has been replaced with intel command center.
