Camping on Wauraltee Beach in our Camper Trailer - Epic weather!

Join us for a short overnight beach camp on the Yorke Peninsula. Wauraltee Beach is well known for it’s windy conditions (if you believe everything on the travel forums!), however we’re going to chance it and camp on the beach with our Pajero Sport and our second hand Mars Camper, taking with us our two kids and Australian Shepherd dog. Despite leaving the inflatable boat behind for this trip due to some much needed maintenance, we try our hardest at some beach fishing and enjoy some swimming. If you love a good sunset and sunrise, this absolute beachfront camp is for you!

No worries at all. It's free to camp on the actual beach (like we did), but you'll need a camping permit if camping in the dune/bush area which can be obtained through the council for $20/ night book.bookeasy.com/agent/yorke-peninsula-council-camping-areas/10096034/
