This tutorial is perfect! I love how clearly everything is explained and she shows every single step, but she speeds some of the visuals up so that it’s not a crazy long tutorial. I hate when videos tell you a step and then just skip ahead without showing it being done. I am so grateful for this tutorial, I’m pretty new to sewing, but with this video I’ve successfully made 3 beautiful baby bonnets (coifs 😊) that I love! Thank you so much for including the patterns! I’m just thrilled to have found this awesome video! Thank you Victoria!

I really loved this tutorial! Tysm for sharing your skills and your pattern! I've made it reversible 😁 (by sewing right sides together on the top, flipping right-side out and closing bottom with bias tape leaving tails for ties) I absolutely love making these as they are fast and simple. (My 2 favorite characteristics in a sewing project 😉 )

I’m going to try to make one with sport towel material. It’d be great way to keep baby cool in the summer and cover some sun.
In case someone doesn’t know what sport towel is, it’s magical fabric that you can get wet with any temperature water (even sweat hence sport usage) and you stretch it and it becomes cold!!! And it stays that way for a while and it keeps you cool. I had my son in May in Fl and I used to try and keep a sport towel on his back or around his neck on our (short hot af) walks and it was a struggle because well babies are wiggly! Lol

Hi!!!! I know this comment was posted a while, but I made the 0-3 month size today and I ended up making the center strip wider and it worked out. If you fold the fabric and cut the piece so it’s double the width it works perfectly. My daughter will be 2 months tomorrow and it fit her with a little room to grow.
