Honestly that’s why i’m nervous to go to concerts (besides money wise) i’m really bad at memorizing lyrics at the top of my head unless i “practice”😭
everyone’s little gasp/exclamation on the “achoo!” is so cute
i love how she actually sings. a lot of celebs seem to have a hard time caring about their work. it feels so much more real and meaningful hearing her actual voice
Yeah usually the "backing" vocals tend to carry the entire song while the artist chimes in once and a while, but I appreciate how Melanie actually goes out of her way to sing it all :)

@@ShutYourDream She used to have a more powerful voice before she made crybaby and performed covers. I think all that smoking and having to do that unhealthy baby voice 24/7 on every single tour has done some extreme damage to her voice. (Plus, iirc she never really took any special vocal lessons which is probably why she has so much trouble singing because she pushes her voice to get that breathy high pitched tone with very little time to catch her breath.)

She can see but I imagine it’s not that much and that’s why a lot of the choreo is lead by background and performances like void depending on the dancers holding her a bit

i feel so bad for melanie she was singing alone most of the song and i feel like she was kinda struggling her voice was worn out or sum but she did great
you can really hear the passion in her voice when she says “i’m done”

0:40 the kick in the pre chorus

I love the performance and her effort but I don't know if it's only me but I see her like losing breath way more fast under that costume which makes her struggle while singing it's not hate it's just how I see her, I may be wrong Idk if it's real but I barely can hear her, I most likely hear her breathing but still love this, she's amazing
I think she also has vocal damage from performing for years. It happens to most singers unfortunately. But fans will always love no matter what❤

i think its because her nose is covered by the prosthetic so its REALLY difficult to sing
