This brings me back, way back. We used to take turns playing this game, with friends that are no longer in this world. So much has happened in life, and this just brings me back to the day it all started. Miss you and love you bros.
I think it's actually cool to see a game with much more realistic physics being used to remake scenes from a more arcadey style game. We all know its fiction racing but theres something about seeing real life (well as close as you can get) physics being applied to it that makes you laugh and go dang, that really was unrealistic huh?
In fact it was Forza Horizon 4 that's lead me to beamng drive and lead me back to NFS. Can't imagine previously how a game plays when a little speedbump can seriously damage a vehicle

In BeamNG you're actually thinking about all of the microcosms of road racing; it's a completely different experience when having to adjust for speedbumps, curbs, and undulations that affect elevation. In Need For Speed it's not something you think about, so it makes it far less thrilling when you can go as fast as you want without worrying about ever damaging the car. So, actually the acrade racer becomes boring, whereas the realistic sim keeps you on the edge of your seat.

Going 400 kmph on the highway hitting a cop roadblock and seeing their cars go flying with 20+ flips is a fun feeling that never gets old. I see roadblock, I HIT THE GAS!!! It's like my car's a missile hunting for cop cars xD Or when having the 2 rhino units come in and crash into you head on which results in your car coming to a near-stop grabbing air for couple seconds, a moment of peace from the chaos, until the cops behind you catch-up and hit you again, breaking that peace and into a wall to pin you and get you busted while you're trying desperately to gain control of your wheels and break free Having to worry about a the lil things in real life about the limits of a car can be thrilling and hell, it IS! I love sim racers :D But also to not have to worry about any of those and just go all out and experience all the "what if" scenarios that you would never be able to experience outside of video games is the opposite end of the spectrum which is just as fun Thanks for reading
Given EA bieing greed cash-grabbers, it's likely never going to happen unfortunately. I bet If they make a full remake or NFS Most Wanted 2005, it would likely include micro-transaction. Plus Black-Box doesn't exist anymore, they want bankrupt in 2011.
Why do you really need an official remake anyways? if you really want to fuel your stupid Nostalgia crave why don't you just get one of those need for speed most wanted with enhanced graphics or something.

Some people probably want a full remake of Most Wanted 2005 either because they lost the original copy and don't find it or their copy got scratched. NFS MW is so legendary, but Beam Ng will stay in history as well, in fact this game has the potential to rewrite history, considering the fact you can tune alot more details on your car than any racing game and the realistic driving physics are helping for a great experience! I had a setup for my cobalt SS in NFS: mw where you could, from parked, turn 180 degrees and barrel roll 3 times before taking off at 230mph... The car also always barrel rolled at least once upon turning 120° or lower without losing speed.
Thats impossible, when you brake in my at least you will lose a 30 - 60 mph, and if you asked about the barrel roll, you must be just lucky or it just happened 1 time because at least when you jump, you have a 000.01% chance to make a barrel roll

This reminds me of a racing game demo on a gaming magazine in the early 2000 where you could activate cheats and propel the car forward, I would spend hours crashing it into the ground until it was compacted into like a few Pixels of scrap :D
I remember beating NFSMW with my RX-7 back in the day. I exploited the upgrade feature somehow and beefed it up past it's intended specs. This was on the PS2 version. Good nostalgia!
That car was a slow piece of metal compared to the Lambo you could win from another racer. I remember as soon as I got the Murcialego there wasn't an opponent in the game and was too easy to play.

(But still recommend putting carbon cause it makes it looks like actual silver) "didnt search this somewhere btw just discovered it in game."
