VIAZI VYA KARAI||SUPER TASTY!(English translation).

Assalam Aleikum.
In today's video, I am showing you guys how to make viazi karai.(Jinsi ya kupika viazi karai).
*Ingredients/Mahitaji*
1. All purpose flour 1/2cup/Unga wa ngano nusu kikombe.
2. 2 tbsp of gram flour/unga wa dengu vijiko viwili vikubwa
3. 1/2 kg of potatoes/viazi nusu kilo.
4. Salt/chumvi.
5. Food colour(egg yellow) a pinch/rangi ya viazi kidogo.
6. 1 tbsp of chilli powder/ masala kijiko kimoja kikubwa.
7. 2 tbsp of lemon juice/limau vijiko viwili vikubwa.
8. Water about 1 cup/maji takriban kikombe kimoja.
9. Oil.
This recipe is super simple,easy to make and yet tasty. Hope you enjoy!
