This fully functional Vet clinic was once a Horse stable in Brindleton Bay, now it has been renovated into an animal hospital with a one bedroom , one bath owner's apartment.
The clinic itself has 3 exam rooms, a surgery room and an employee area for crafting treats and other goodies. There is also a pet training area in the back. Use the door locking features to maximize clinic efficiency.

Soooo cute! I’ll definitely have to add this to the neighborhood. New crest usually ends up being a rural farm neighborhood in my games. I always end up using vest offices but now I might actually play through the career. Thanks love!

I have sims 3 pets, and said I would never buy sims 4 pets, but I love running businesses in my games, so this definitely makes me reconsider!
It is one of the better businesses to run, at least one you can actually make some money running =) (It's my favorite business to run in TS4)

I dont have three of the packs (TL, DU, and JA) used in this build so I'm going to download it anyway, and go through and compare my version to yours and properly replace the items.. it's so nice I have a video to work off of instead of those tiny pictures on the gallery.
Oh, it might be very different - almost all the counters are JA, the shower is DU and a lot of the apartment furniture is TL, I'm curious what the game will replace those objects with.

How can you let your sims live there but also run it as a Vets office

Hi, quick ques, how do we set so the owner will live in the apartment? Are we making them technically homeless first?
They need to own a residential lot somewhere, maybe in a world you don't play much, then you can send them to the vet clinic & stay there, your sim can, eat sleep & work there and don't ever have to leave the lot. If you play on PC there are also mods for this that allow you to live at the clinic without owning a residential lot. I personally don't think it's a big deal owning an empty lot in Strangerville or something and don't use a mod for this =)
I LOVE this clinic! I didn’t have all the packs required so I swapped out items after placing. However, I cannot walk into the surgery room? Any ideas on how to fix this? I’m new to the sims.
Hi! Thank you- I just tested this lot again and had no problems going into the surgery room. It's hard for me to say what it could be since you have swapped objects. Do you have any locks set on the door? I'd reload and check again and if the problem persists remove anything near the door or possibly replace the door.
@@Schnuck01 yeah I checked the locks on the door (it’s not locked for anyone) and I’ve tried moving all the objects around. Thanks for the reply though. My sim keeps trying to access it from the reception area by the stairs. I’m gonna try to place it in a new world with the changes it does automatically and not make any additional changes and see if it works. Thanks for the quick reply though!

@@Schnuck01 I ended up purchasing one more of the packs you used since they are all on sale. I created a new world and placed it and it seems to be working now! Thanks for the help! I love your builds and hope you will do a ranch style build when horses comes out! I’m not great at building and really want a build that will use horses and cottage living for all the animals!

Is the apartment functional? Can someone live here full time?
The apartment is completely functional, but your sim has to own another (residential) lot and own the clinic, they don't ever have to leave the clinic though, they can essentially live there. When I play business lots I always have my sim stay in an apartment above the business.
Cars driving in town? How?
There have always been cars driving down the streets in Live mode =)
