It’s a 2004-P Michigan state coin with a perfectly circular dent in the middle on the image of the state. It looks so perfectly centered and dodges the rest of the image and words so well that I thought it was intentional, like an image border or something. But when I looked up what the 2004 Michigan state coin is supposed to look like I didn’t see it. I’m not sure why it’s there. I can’t tell if it’s a mistake on the part of the minters or if it happened after making it’s way in circulation, or if it’s actually not a mistake at all. Know anything about it?

I'm not a coin collector speak of anymore but last year VA before I had six of them I spend a lot of time in my truck so I just set them in the truck set them aside I've always liked that coin dammit that always gets bent when I wasn't looking it wasn't me😢
I have a 1976 D in amazing condition in a Mint Set. I didn’t get the P mint set as the dealer wouldn’t part with it. Still a great buy 15 yrs ago. Thankyou for the info

Yes the drum stick and the inside of the drum i have alot with thses errors and better grade than 65 +
