Do you use hard mode cuz in nightmare mode, you can just steal one of the countries’ 10000 gold and other resources for the lowest amount of food or any other resource through the trade center?
I was playing russia, trying to finish off the ottomans early, i wasnt fast enough, and it took 10, MOTHER, FUCKING, YEARS, to beat britian, france, and sardinia. and it was on easy. I dont even want to know the pain of nightmare

Well, i also faced that bug, and i blamed on Blustacks, now i feel bad for 'em

Lol you can even offer 1 resource for 5000 gold and countries will accept this.
