I made these last night and they were a hit! I didn’t have a wire rack tho, so i just lined a cookie sheet with foil and sprayed it with cooking spray and followed the rest of his instructions and they still came out crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and that sauce was fire 🔥 🔥 🔥. I'm coming back after having made these wings and THAT SAUCE! Everything turned out heavenly! Absolutely DE-LI-CIOUS!!!!! We tore those wings UP! I still have left over sauce and I'm having to fight the urge to turn the container bottoms up and just drinking it alone. The spice mixture does not fight with whatever sauce you use. Tried teriyaki the third time and was just as good. Just a great basic route to start on . Thanks!
