Eagles have a forward line of Allen, Waterman and J Williams in their league team currently. If Flynn becomes main ruck. Then Bailey Williams will play as a forward ruck too. Plus Archer Reid who is looking good. Then you have young rucks Barnett and Livingstone trying to find ruck time in the reserves. I can't see how he can play forward in the short term and would be best placed down back. Remember the Eagles reserves team will be even worse this year. They've lost a few players from the WAFL squad (not AFL listed). Then also had quite few AFL delistings who will leave the club. So their WAFL reserves will be 200cm tall giants mainly and a series of young midfielders combining with other guys from country/amateurs etc. The Eagles are heavily restricted by who the WAFC allows them to recruit to the WAFL team, so they are destined to struggle to win a game. I wouldn't want to play as a forward in that team, when there are already 3 guys over 200cm trying to mark the ball up forward. FYI Dockers don't have the same issue as Peel Thunder has agreed to be a host team. So they have their own juniors, U/19s, reserves and seniors. Eagles are only allowed to have a league team and are heavily restricted in recruiting guys.
Happy with all the players we got at Richmond but very short on small forwards I have done a chart of Richmond FC List of 2025 176-184cm =12 185- 193cm =13 194-201cm=16 202-213cm=3 We are too too heavy
4 inch difference in these categories is a massive spread could have 10 guys 185-187 and 3 188-193 and suddenly doesn’t seem like we have all these guys over 190 Poor form
No matter how good St Kilda pick is when he is good enough they trade him to Pies or Blues.

My dream matchup is for Jack Ough to line up on Hewago Oea of the suns.
and then after that...Matt Owies?
Phoenix loud and clear as always. Mitch and guest sound like mutes as always...
